PLACES stands for Pride in who we are as LGBTQIA+ folx! Allied Community providing Empowered Support.

PLACES is a new group at Alta’s Center for Mental Health & Wellness at the Mahoning County Campus of Care. This special group is open to LGBTQIA+ youth, ages 14-18 who are clients of Alta Behavioral Healthcare.

As the school year starts, PLACES is a safe and supportive group for those exploring gender identity and/or sexual orientations.

This group takes place on Tuesdays 5:30-7:00 pm, from August 9 to September 27th and is facilitated by Kimberly Gable

To be part of this group, you must be referred by your Alta counselor. Ask your counselor about PLACES today.
