David has worked at Alta Care Group since August 2015 and with the Head Start program since 2012. David has a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from Youngstown State University with a major in Human Resources. He also holds the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certifications. David oversees all aspects of Human Resources for Alta Head Start and his major areas of interest are; coordinating the recruitment, selection, and retention of eligible candidates, personnel records maintenance, and benefits administration, among others. He enjoys providing guidance and feedback to his fellow managers as it relates to Human Resources to help move the mission of Alta Head Start forward.
