Denise Washington
ERSEA Manager
Denise has been a Head Start employee in several different capacities for over 20 years. As the Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment, and Attendance (ERSEA) Manager Denise is responsible for the supervision, coordination, and organization of the ERSEA department for Head Start and Early Head Start ensuring compliance with all related Head Start and ERSEA standards. Denise started as a Head Start parent in 1989, became Policy Council Chairperson for a few years and then applied for employment. Over the years she has been able to increase her knowledge base and skill sets to become a manager in our program. She considers herself proof that our program works.
