Our Chief Executive Officer, Joe Shorokey has made the difficult decision to retire from his position as Chief Executive Officer effective March 31, 2025.

Joe has been an invaluable asset to our organization, providing exceptional leadership and guiding us through the expansion of services, including the grant awards of the Mahoning County Head Start/Early HS Program, as well as the recent award of the Trumbull County Head Start/Early HS Program. His contributions have been instrumental in making Alta a recognized name for mental health and educational services for the Valley’s children.

We have begun the process of selecting a new CEO.
