Alta Behavioral Healthcare offers telehealth services across Ohio, bringing our 50 years of experience in working with children, adolescents, teens and young adults to individuals and families directly to you no matter where you are across the state. Our virtual counseling services are available for individuals ages 12-26 with convenient daytime and evening hours available.

How it Works
Alta makes virtual visits easy … no apps, no downloads, just a virtual client portal where you can complete all paperwork, upload documents and attend your virtual appointments. Our virtual visits can take place on a variety of devices including computers, smartphones and tablets with appointments available during the daytime and evening.
Insurance
To ensure as many individuals have access to the mental healthcare services they need, Alta accepts all major insurance providers as well as all Ohio Medicaid plans. Our team is also available to answer any questions you may have about insurance or Medicaid coverage.
